ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities may include building and maintaining strategic relationships with corporate partners to support Amrize’s mission and goals. This role involves identifying potential collaborators, coordinating outreach initiatives, and managing communications to foster long-term partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational objectives, helping to drive growth, visibility, and impact.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing outreach programs to enhance Amrize’s network and community engagement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Annual Company Picnic & Rodeo
- Internal Recognition & Communication Programs
- Recruitment with local universities and CIM Programs in Texas
- Serve as the lead for the SOR Summer Intern Recruiter and Program Coordinator
- High School & Junior College Vo-Tech Job Placement / Recruiting Offices
- City of Melissa & Melissa ISD Outreach for continued renewals of the Melissa Special Use Permit
- School Supply drives and Touch-a-Truck programs with local Independent School Districts as needed
- Annual Holiday Luncheon at all DFW locations
- Annual HQ Holiday Party, Food drives for local foodbanks & Red Cross / FEMA Disaster Relief needs
- Other responsibilities as assigned
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required work experience: 2+ years in corporate outreach, partnerships, business development, or nonprofit fundraising.
Travel Requirements: < 20% mileage and reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
