  • Onboarding Execution & Resource Planning: Manage the end-to-end delivery of onboarding new team members, coordinating the development of training materials, and resources to empower users effectively.
  • Cross-functional Execution & Alignment: Coordinate daily execution across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams, ensuring project tasks and Agile Sprints align seamlessly with customer needs, deadlines, and business goals.
  • Data-Driven Communication: Collect, analyze, and communicate customer feedback and product usage data to stakeholders, utilizing these insights to inform future project scoping and roadmap planning.
  • Project & Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key project milestones alongside product success metrics (KPIs) such as adoption rates, churn, and NPS to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, and with maximum impact.
  • Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Act as the central point of escalation for project risks and product-related issues, coordinating timely resolutions and removing blockers to maintain project momentum and high customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, consistent, and transparent communication regarding project status, Sprint updates, and product rollouts with both internal teams and external customers.
