DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER - DIGITAL SERVICES
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Digital Project Manager with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies to drive the development, adoption, and overall success of our digital products in the construction materials industry. This role bridges product development and customer success by taking ownership of the Agile workflow - ensuring that Sprints are meticulously planned and delivered accurately, on time, and on budget. Through effective project leadership, you will ensure users gain maximum value from our digital offerings, leading to increased retention, engagement, and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Continuous Improvement & Delivery: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize Agile workflows, Sprint planning, and project delivery processes to accelerate the rollout and adoption of new features.
- Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence - including Sprint plans, release notes, process guides, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous knowledge sharing.
- Onboarding Execution & Resource Planning: Manage the end-to-end delivery of onboarding new team members, coordinating the development of training materials, and resources to empower users effectively.
- Cross-functional Execution & Alignment: Coordinate daily execution across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams, ensuring project tasks and Agile Sprints align seamlessly with customer needs, deadlines, and business goals.
- Data-Driven Communication: Collect, analyze, and communicate customer feedback and product usage data to stakeholders, utilizing these insights to inform future project scoping and roadmap planning.
- Project & Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key project milestones alongside product success metrics (KPIs) such as adoption rates, churn, and NPS to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, and with maximum impact.
- Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Act as the central point of escalation for project risks and product-related issues, coordinating timely resolutions and removing blockers to maintain project momentum and high customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, consistent, and transparent communication regarding project status, Sprint updates, and product rollouts with both internal teams and external customers.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Required Work Experience & Skills:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience configuring and managing projects using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of SaaS or digital product ecosystems.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams as required.
- Preferred Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital product management, customer success, or industry-specific roles such as ready-mix/aggregates/cement customer service, dispatcher, or commercial roles.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 25% including internationally and nationally.
