Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a dynamic and innovative creative pro with a passion for expressing ideas visually across channels and formats? Do you think like a creative director, craft like a designer, and produce like a filmmaker? Does a fast-paced environment with lots of room for innovation sound enticing? Amrize is looking for a Creative Lead to join our Digital Communications team and head up our visual storytelling efforts.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our visual communications approach and inspiring how we connect with audiences inside and outside the company. Leading our creative efforts across video, design, and multimedia production, you’ll produce engaging experiences for audiences from employees to investors, and across channels from social to digital to internal.

As a skilled project manager, your work will range from bringing briefs to life with bold, original concepts to managing multiple creative projects from conception to delivery. Got a pioneering spirit? Please bring it! Amrize is a newly independent company, so you’d be part of building the visual expression of our narrative and ways of working—including how AI and emerging technologies can help us tell our story more efficiently and effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Creative Direction & Concept Development:
    ○ Translate briefs into inspiring creative concepts for video, design, and multimedia storytelling.
    ○ Ensure all assets are high quality, on time, and reflect our brand guidelines, audience needs, and strategic objectives.
  • Video Production & Editing:
    ○ Develop, shoot, and edit both short-form and long-form video content, including episodic series, social content, feature stories, and digital campaigns.
    ○ Use motion graphics, animation, and creative editing to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Graphic Design & Digital Assets:
    ○ Design compelling graphics for social media, presentations, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, website/intranet feature stories and more.
    ○ Craft style guides and processes, based on our brand guidelines, that allow us to maintain a cohesive visual style wherever we engage.
  • Project Management & Collaboration:
    ○ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines across teams.
    ○ Build and nurture positive relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure you can effectively gather requirements, manage resources, and make projects a success.
  • Quality Assurance & Brand Excellence:
    ○ Maintain high creative and quality standards, ensuring assets are visually striking, technically sound, and effective as a vehicle for storytelling.
    ○ Organize, archive, and manage multimedia assets for easy access and reuse
  • Innovation & Tools:
    ○ Help our team continuously improve by staying ahead of design and video trends, exploring new formats, styles, and technologies.
    ○ Proactively identify and use AI tools where appropriate to enhance creative quality and streamline workflows.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
