ABOUT THE ROLE
As Director, People Analytics you are responsible for developing the organizational strategy for people analytics data, including tools, technology, and team development, to support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the Director, HRIS on data governance. You will lead the team responsible for delivering data, insights, and predictive analytics to users both inside and outside of Human Resources. Establishing trust and close working relationships with the HRIS Director, FP&A, and Corporate IT Data & Analytics teams as well as HR Senior leaders, you will deliver data and insights that shape key workforce decisions and play a critical part in ensuring talent strategies are turned into results.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Develop and distribute analytical tools based on disparate people-related data sources (reports, dashboards, visualizations, etc.)
- Develop and maintain data governance standards and processes throughout all HR activities and data sources in close coordination with the Director, HRIS
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and address their people data and analytics needs
- Coordinate and perform advanced analysis of relevant data to proactively identify trends for HR and other business leaders

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Field of Study Preferred: Business or Computer or Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
Required Work Experience: 8+ years of experience in roles focused on reporting and analytics, with significant experience in HR or People Analytics
Required Technical Skills: Experience working with data analysis software and tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview/Qliksense, SAS)
Travel Requirements: Overnight travel away from home is expected to be less than 25%

- Relationship Building: ability to establish trust, communicate authentically, and maintain productive relationships with partners
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests
