You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and championing initiatives that promote collaboration, recognition, professional growth, and a strong sense of belonging across all levels of the organization.

 

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

As the Employee Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive engagement strategy, including:

  • You will successfully lead the entire lifecycle of employee engagement surveys, from design to analysis, ensuring all deadlines are met and data is accurate.
  • You will transform complex survey data into clear, actionable insights, identifying key strengths and critical areas for improvement that directly inform business strategy.
  • You will consistently monitor engagement metrics and report on trends, providing senior leadership with regular, data-driven updates on progress and impact.
  • You champion company culture and values by developing and executing strategic internal communication plans that resonate with all employee groups.
  • You manage and optimize internal communication channels, resulting in increased awareness, improved transparency, and higher employee engagement.
  • You partner with leadership development, HRBPs, and business leaders to align engagement strategies with broader business objectives and talent management processes.
  • You design and implement innovative programs that successfully boost employee morale, enhance a sense of inclusion and belonging, and improve overall job satisfaction.
  • You organize and facilitate impactful team-building activities, recognition events, and career development workshops that are directly tied to employee needs and organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Field of Study Preferred: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Required Work Experience: A minimum of 5-7+ years of progressive experience in employee engagement, organizational development, talent management, training, or broader HR roles. Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and managing impactful employee engagement programs from conception to evaluation.
Required Training/Certifications: Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRCI-PHR, SPHR) or Organizational Development.
Required Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with employee engagement software platforms (e.g., Culture Amp, Glint, Qualtrics).
Travel Requirements: Travel up to 30%

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
  • Certification in coaching or specialized organizational development areas.
  • Awareness of current trends and emerging technologies in leadership training and employee experience.
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
