Description:

Join Amrize as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and help construct what's next. If you're ready to put your skills to work on projects that matter — and build a career with a company that’s building North America — we want to hear from you!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Amrize is a standalone, publicly listed North American business following its announced capital markets separation. This transformation positions the company to become a leading pure-play building solutions provider in one of the world’s most attractive construction markets.

To support this transition, we are seeking a high-impact FP&A Manager to partner across eight corporate functions — HR, Legal, Finance, Innovation, Marketing & Communications, Strategy, M&A, and Executive Leadership — overseeing $200M+ in G&A spend.

This role goes beyond reporting. The successful candidate will shape decision-making by bringing clarity to cost drivers, challenging assumptions, and driving discipline across planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will work directly with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable financial plans, improve visibility into spend, and identify opportunities to optimize cost structure while enabling growth.

This is a high-visibility role suited for a finance leader who can operate at both a strategic and detailed level — someone who influences outcomes, elevates the quality of financial insight, and drives accountability across the organization in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Lead end-to-end budgeting and forecasting for eight corporate functions
  • Partner directly with C-suite executives to develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights
  • Track and report on functional cost drivers, headcount trends, and savings initiatives
  • Provide finance support for corporate initiatives, including restructuring, transformation, or M&A-related activity
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Consolidations, and other FP&A team members to ensure alignment of financials and forecasts
  • Own the preparation of executive-ready materials (slides, dashboards, bridges) for monthly business reviews and quarterly executive reporting
  • Implement continuous improvements in planning models, tools, and reporting processes
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus
Required Work Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles (ideally in a public company or large corporate environment). Experience supporting corporate functions or G&A cost centers
Required Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling, Excel, and presentation skills (PowerPoint, dashboards). Comfortable working with large data sets and ERP/reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar)

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary
  • Retirement Savings: Choose from 401(k) pre-tax and/or Roth after-tax savings
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Medical, Dental, Disability and Life Insurance
  • Holistic Health & Well-being programs
  • Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for health and dependent care
  • Vision and other Voluntary benefits and discounts
  • Paid time off & paid holidays
  • Paid Parental Leave (maternity & paternity)
  • Educational Assistance Program
  • Dress for your day
