We’re seeking a Regional Sales Director - South Region who’s ready to be part of an innovative company delivering high-performance building solutions that simplify construction and ensure code compliance.
As Ox Engineered Products Director of Sales, you will get to use your experience and business acumen to drive sales for a rapidly growing manufacturer and industry leader in the building products space. Reporting directly to Vice President of Sales, you will have the opportunity to grow your sales and business skill set and be the driving force behind our strategy to expand our penetration with builders, panelizers, dealers and distributors in your region. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a strategy to grow our top line revenue with accounts in your region. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a willingness to take on new tasks.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Design and execute a strategy to increase our penetration with builders, panelizers, dealers and distributors in your region.
• A laser focus on converting builders in your region.
• Work with National Account group to expand our business with key builders, dealers and distributors in your region.
• Manage a network of independent reps and company direct employees in your area. Align the goals for the region with your sales rep partners. Make sure that they are trained and have the right tools to be successful.
• Set expectations with your direct reports.
• Attend key industry events to promote Ox portfolio of products
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years sales experience in the building products industry
• 5+ years sales management experience in the building products industry
• Experience with presenting to builders, architects, code officials and distributors/dealers
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Must be a self-starter and creative problem solver, with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

• High personal and professional integrity.
• A willingness to travel as needed to perform your job at the highest level. Travel is estimated at 60%.
