ABOUT THE ROLE
The Earle Creek Site Supervisor will provide assistance to the Plant Manager through field work, directing and executing operational strategies. The Site Supervisor will participate in safety, coordination, execution and planning of the ongoing activities at Earl Creek to achieve business targets.

Salary Range: $90,500 - $95,000 per year

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Safety Culture: Participate in helping drive the site towards a zero injury work environment. Liaison with employees to complete risk assessments, workplace inspections, and assist in the use of workplace procedures and practices. Lead job setup and facilitation of work to be executed. Hold and engage in toolbox and safety meetings with employees.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality control process and ensure the production of in spec material is achieved on a daily basis, work with field operators to make adjustments to finished products
- Production Management: Assist the Plant manager in rolling out production plans, metrics and goals for production. Execute on production and operational strategies to meet relevant key performance indicators
- Production: Daily/weekly production entry, preparation of production reporting, Production planning, Inventory Reconciliation, Downtime reports, Mobile Equipment Maintenance Preventative Maintenance
- Customer Focus: Shipping staff/process management, Product quality assurance
- Community Relations: Assist the Plant manager in ensuring that site meets or exceeds all Lafarge and Regulatory guidelines. Support effective relationships within the community by participating in local activities/events
- Learning & Development: Participate in designated learning and development streams to enhance business knowledge
- Maintenance Management – Participate in the maintenance management module through data inputs and reporting, ensure advancement of digital maintenance management practices are achieved
- Administrative responsibilities as required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Engineering Degree
Additional Education Preferred:
Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical Engineering
Required Work Experience: 2+ years of engineering experience
Required Training/Certifications: Mine Supervisor Ticket
Required Technical Skills: Experience with Cedar Rapids 54X60 Jaw Crusher, familiarity with Metso HP400,300 Cone Crushers, SAP maintenance module experience, SAP production module experience

- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
