ABOUT THE ROLE
Manages all call center software and call center reporting functions.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Manages SAP process improvements (recommend and lead implementation)
- Assist with terminal inventory management, reconciliation, subcontracting
- Assist with customer service duties when required
- Assist with carrier account management
- Creation of purchase requisitions for transportation and logistics good and services
- Good receipts and service entries of non-freight invoices
- ISO 14001 and 9001 Coordination
- Act as primary contact for NABS on customer billing issues
- Investigate customer billing problems
- Achieve resolution of all billing issues, through working with all necessary parties.
- Training of customer service staff
- Training of new, contract and seasonal staff (includes SAP)
- Monthly reporting/analysis, use of BW
- Coordinate and communicate with production through weekly meetings
- Lead driver safety and staff safety program for Distribution Department
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Associate's degree or years of equivalent experience
Additional Education Preferred: Associate's degree
Field of Study Preferred: Logistics and Transportation
Required Work Experience: 1-3 years experience within the customer service environment preferably in Manufacturing
Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with SAP, BW and MS Office
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Must possess excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrates leadership/ability to take ownership of tasks and make decisions, takes initiative and is self-motivated
- Must be able to work within a team environment and interact with a variety of people in all plant departments
- Good problem solving abilities
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
