SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE
The SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Administrator is part of the Canada Cement Finance Team. This role is responsible for developing dashboards, visualizations, and supporting the planning process for the local finance team in both the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Tagetik System. The SAC Administrator is also the financial reporting data expert who works closely with the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Communicate SAC technical terms using business terminology.
- Deliver analytical and Ad hoc requests in a timely manner to support country reporting requirements, including modeling and dashboards.
- Be the data integrity and validation expert for component-level metrics.
- Have a full understanding of all SAC web client functions such as security, work status, Business Process Flows, and Business Rules.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Education:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, Analytics, or Data.
- Completion of a Professional accounting program (CA, CMA, CGA, or CPA) is preferred.
- Required Work Experience:
- 5-7 years of professional experience is required.
- Required Technical Skills/Training/Certifications:
- In-depth systems knowledge and experience with BI tools.
- Certifications or experience in SAP Analytics Cloud, BPC, Tagetik, or related tools.
- Advanced MS Office, Excel, and Access skills for reporting and data analysis.
- Advanced dashboard and modeling skills, including the use of AI tools to improve and streamline reporting automation.
- Business Intelligence skills and experience in training or building training material.
- Strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability in financial and business analysis.
Additional Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong ability to work independently.
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
