We’re seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts who’s ready to be part of an innovative company delivering high-performance building solutions that simplify construction and ensure code compliance.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Ox Engineered Products Director of Strategic Accounts, you will develop and lead a dynamic, go–to- market sales strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of the company. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you will have the opportunity to grow your leadership, sales and business skills and be an important piece behind our profitable sales strategy to expand our penetration with large national & regional builders.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

 

  • Collaborate with the sales team and the VP of Sales to design and execute a strategy aimed at capturing the best growth opportunities with large national & regional builders.
  • Align the sales strategy to larger organizational strategies and goals.
  • Manage revenue budgets.
  • Monitor sales performance.
  • Track key metrics and KPIs, and implement measures to improve salesbproductivity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments. Work with Marketing, Operations, Finance and other internal teamsbto align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales in developing the annual budget and serve as a key contributor to the monthly forecast process as outlined by the CFO.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with members in other organizations within Amrize to drive overall growth for the new enterprise.
  • Attend key industry events to promote Ox portfolio of products.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years sales experience in the building products industry
  • 5+ years sales management experience in the building products industry
  • Experience with presenting to builders, architects, code officials and distributors/dealers
  • Experience with presenting to corporate executive leadership teams
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter and creative problem solver, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
  • A sense of humor
  • High personal and professional integrity
  • A willingness to travel as needed to perform your job at the highest level
  • Strong leadership and management skills: Ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Successful sales experience: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, executive leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and planning: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Business acumen: Understanding of the business environment and industry trends.
