We’re seeking a Pricing Coordinator who's ready to be part of our mission to manufacture and deliver innovative, performance-driven building products with unmatched service and integrity. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Pricing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Sales Operations and Sales partners by managing the day-to-day and administrative aspects of the pricing strategy. This role will be responsible for ensuring pricing data accuracy, entering data into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and providing analytical support to improve business processes.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Responsible for adherence to company policies, including safety and the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Enter and update customer pricing and rebates within the ERP and pricing systems.
  • Maintain the Sales Price Library and distribute list price sheets to the Sales team, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidence.
  • Assist with the administration of customer promotions, competitive bids, and rebate programs.
  • Generate monthly sales and incentive progress reports, including Month-End Trackers.
  • Validate pricing incentive data received from our customers and partner with Accounts Receivable to issue credits.
  • Update pricing and comparison tools with monthly costing and freight files.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide support for special projects and business process initiatives.
  • Maintains accurate and organized department documents according to department processes, procedures, and expectations.
  • Regular and prompt attendance to provide reliable, dependable performance supporting department needs.
  • Performs additional duties and projects as assigned.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A high school diploma and at least one year of experience in pricing administration, financial analysis, or administrative support are required. Proficient level with Google Workspace and MS Suite, file maintenance systems, and the ability to maintain organized files are also required. MS AX2012 and AX D365 experience a plus.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required. The ability to build positive relationships in person, by phone, and through electronic communication with employees at all levels and with management is needed.

Excellent detail orientation, organization, and time management skills. Professional, team-oriented demeanor with exceptional customer service skills. Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team environment.
