Were seeking a National Account Coordinator who's ready to be part of an innovative, people-first brand shaping the future of the roofing industry.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

The National Accounts Coordinator supports the company’s efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers within a specified territory. The candidate will be assigned to 1 or 2 territories. They will be responsible for assisting the National Account Representative with growing and achieving sales in their assigned territories.

 

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

 

  • Work closely with National Account Representatives to grow assigned territories and to pursue sales targets
  • Build relationships with National Accounts and with Duro-Last certified contractors
  • Provide world-class customer service to our accounts in assisting with their roofing needs

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • Become knowledgeable in all Duro-Last product lines
  • Provide all levels of sales support to assigned National Account Representatives
  • Facilitate re-roof or new construction bid requests through our CRM
  • Perform account research
  • Manage construction schedules and invitations to bid
  • Run reports for National Account Representatives and the Director of National Accounts
  • Work with Duro-Last contractors to facilitate bids from start to finish
  • Understand the Duro-Last competitive advantages in specific markets
  • Work with multiple departments to ensure our customer receives high levels of satisfaction
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

Education: High School Diploma
Additional Education Preferred: Bachelors
Field of Study Preferred: Business or equivalent
Required Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or office experience preferred
Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office, especially Excel

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests
  • 2-4 years of experience – working with customers / clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Abiility to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GoogleSuite)
  • Must be organized and self-motivated
