ABOUT THE ROLE
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through accurate inventory handling, documentation, and system transactions. This role ensures materials are received, stored, picked, and shipped correctly while maintaining inventory accuracy, organization, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Clerk works closely with logistics, production, and inventory control teams to ensure timely material flow and operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

Ensure accurate and timely flow of materials through receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities

Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through precise system transactions and cycle counts

Support on-time production and customer shipments by staging and preparing materials correctly

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and shortages before they impact operations

Maintain an organized, safe, and audit-ready warehouse environment in compliance with company standards

Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

Coordinate daily warehouse and membrane logistics, including load planning, truck utilization, membrane planning, meetings (Gemba and membrane calls), and distributing updated load and metal sheets to shippers.

Manage inventory transactions and accuracy, including receiving materials, processing packing slips, completing system transactions, responding to plant corrections, cycle counts, and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Support weekly and bi-weekly planning activities, such as scheduling transfers, updating Kanban metrics, preparing transfer schedules, adding special/turnaround loads, and assisting with ongoing operational needs.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: High School Diploma
Additional Education Preferred: Bachelors
Field of Study Preferred: Business or equivalent
Required Work Experience: 0-2 years of manufacturing experience
Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office
Additional Requirements:
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.
