ABOUT THE ROLE
At the Spray Foam Business Unit of Amrize Building Envelope, we believe that providing excellent service and support is just as important as selling high-quality spray foam products. We are dedicated to servicing our existing and future customers with the best customer service and products. We service our customers with superior technical knowledge, integrity, and professionalism. We are seeking a full-time Spray Foam Sales Representative for the Texas market. The Spray Foam Sales Representative is responsible for representing Holcim Residential and Commercial spray foam insulation products to architects, engineers, building owners, distributors, and contractors. The ideal Spray Foam Sales Representative can work independently, is customer-oriented with strong communication skills, technical knowledge of spray foam products and applications, and most importantly: a positive attitude!
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:
- Manage ongoing sales process, develops relationships, responds to, and anticipates customer needs, providing customer service; ability to close sales
- Generate and follow up on new customer leads
- Serve as subject matter expert, expanding product knowledge and developing knowledge of competitive products and features
- Develop with your manager and execute a smart, well-thought-out business and marketing plans for territory
- Perform professional on-site training events
- Represent Enverge Spray Foam at local and regional trade shows
- Submit expense reports on a weekly basis
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Proficient planning, time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, ability to work independently as well as with other team members
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field required or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the spray foam industry
- Three to five years experience in sales of insulation materials
- Strong track record in building business and increasing sales
- Must possess excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to professionally present information and connect with a variety of customers and industry professionals
- Ability to communicate effectively with both verbal and written communication
- Strong technical skills, including MS Office suite
- Must be highly motivated and have a demonstrable successful sales record
- Must be able to travel 75% of time
