ABOUT THE ROLE
The Bid Coordinator is responsible for project set up, post sale administration, project maintenance, billing
review and credit administration. Other responsibilities include reporting/measurement and general support
for the region's sales department in order to achieve established sales targets for growth and revenue

 

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Converting bid reports into projects within SalesForce and inputting information into SAP
  • Ensuring that all of the post-sale paperwork, pricing, and job requirements are complete, all in agreement, and within the company’s written control plan or has the proper approvals
  • Maintaining and updating the SalesForce and SAP systems as additions and changes come in from the
    field and that the necessary approvals are included
  • Mining, organizing, and developing each region’s sales leads; compiling, organizing and maintaining all of
    the pre-bid information necessary for the sales team to properly quote a project
  • Updating and maintaining the division’s sales reports for both the team in general and the individual sales
    representatives as necessary.
  • Supporting the sales and sales management team with all necessary administrative and general
    coordination needs inclusive of and administrative support needed by the Business Development
    Manager and the Area Sales Managers
  • Coordinating and administering the quotation logistics through SalesForce; following up post-bid and
    tracking the leads / subsequent low bidders,

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: High school diploma or equivalent or 2 years of equivalent experience
Additional Education Preferred: Associate's degree
Field of Study Preferred: Administrative Support, Information Technology, General Business or Marketing

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved
    Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable
    law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal
    meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
