ABOUT THE ROLE
Own the full lifecycle of executive search—from needs assessment and market mapping to offer negotiation—for all VP-level+ positions while maintaining a high-touch, confidential, and seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. Manage the company’s agency relationships and spend. Partner with Marketing and Communications to develop and execute Amrize’s employment brand strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Develop and lead the executive recruiting strategy in alignment with enterprise goals, succession planning, and inclusion objectives
- Partner directly with C-suite executives and senior HR leaders to understand talent needs, define position requirements, and influence hiring decisions
- Leverage internal networks, external partnerships, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing techniques to build diverse executive talent pipelines
- Lead candidate evaluation and selection processes, including structured interviews, executive assessments, and reference checks
- Moderate, including responsibility for understanding the company’s use of search firms across the board as well as employment branding partners
- Oversee the company’s graduate programs and (e.g., MBA) recruiting efforts
- Manage complex offer negotiations and transitions with professionalism and discretion
- When necessary, manage relationships with retained executive search firms, ensuring accountability and alignment with internal processes
- Gain visibility to the company’s agency spend, establish an approach to standardize—to the extent possible—its use
- Provide competitive intelligence and benchmarking; report on executive hiring trends, performance metrics, and search progress to senior leadership
- Establish Amrize’s employment brand and champion an inclusive and high-impact candidate experience reflective of our values and the brand
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Field of Study Preferred: Master's degree
Required Work Experience: 15+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years focused exclusively on executive-level recruiting (VP, SVP, C-level),
Experience with SuccessFactors ATS
Additional Requirements:
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests
