ABOUT THE ROLE
Primarily responsible for the oversight, coordination and planning of daily production activities to ensure
uninterrupted supply, and delivery of product to our customers. Enhances efficiencies in operations, while maintaining a strong safety culture. Responsible for executing the production plan in order to ensure effectiveprocessing of raw materials for the production of sellable products to meet customer requirements in thesafest, timeliest and cost effective manner. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the position is responsible forexecuting and developing production strategies to achieve operational excellence while maintaining operational cost controls. Additionally, the position works with the Maintenance Team to execute theproduction plan effectively by supporting the team through planning and scheduling. Responsible for ensuring all production personnel have received proper induction, health and safety and environmental training, as well as task training. Develops production and loading strategies to raise productivity levels and control costs. Directs production workforce.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Makes recommendations for workforce planning, hiring, training, development, work allocation, conflict resolution, performance evaluations and separations.
- Supervises, coordinates and monitors plant activities to include the maintenance of equipment.
- Supports and assists personnel in achieving timely and efficient production schedules
- Performs daily inspections on the plant
- Ensures conformance with policies and procedures, safety regulations, and local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
- Oversees the overall safety of all personnel working at, or visiting the site.
- Ensures proper documentation of operations activities in logs and/or incident reports.
- Maintains an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers service
- Facilitates regular staff meetings and safety toolbox talks.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience
Required Work Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Demonstrated leadership abilitiesStrong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SAP experience helpful.
Travel Requirements: Local travel throughout n/a.
Additional Requirements:
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved
Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
