We’re seeking a Maintenance Foreman who's ready to be part of our mission to manufacture and deliver innovative, performance-driven building products with unmatched service and integrity. Our focus is creating longer-lasting, environmentally responsible roofing solutions that can withstand all weather conditions.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position coordinates, directs, plans, and controls activities of the maintenance department workers ensuring that tasks and jobs are completed within company standards.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Workforce Mgt: Lead and oversee mechanical maintenance crews.
  • Workforce Mgt: Assign daily work orders and tasks based on priority, and support in scheduling/ planning.
  • Work Execution: Audit completed jobs to ensure they are accurate and all documentation complete.
  • Safety: Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations for the maintenance department.
  • Planning & Execution: Review and approve job plans, spare parts, and resource requirements.
  • Equipment Reliability: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and develop permanent solutions.
  • Equipment Reliability: Recommend improvements to extend equipment life and reduce breakdown.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide Hands on support for pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, compressors and process equipment.
  • Inventory & Resource Mgt: Ensure team complies with inventory and tool check out processes.
  • Training & Development: Train technicians on new equipment, procedures, and best practices.

 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•             Previous leadership experience in an industrial setting.

•             High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

•             Four years of industrial maintenance experience is preferred.

  •     Ability to follow through with assigned tasks and meet deadlines under      high pressure situations.

•             Working with computer programs such as Excel and Microsoft Word to complete daily work logs.

•             Strong communication skills.
