ABOUT THE ROLE 

Provides a variety of administrative and clerical support services to an organizational unit and projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

•    Ensures that all work is conducted in compliance with all administrative policies and procedures. 
•    Provides excellent customer service to employees, external customers, vendors and visitors. Exceeds both internal and external customers’ expectations of service. 
•    Ensures quality control of work by developing clear, error free documents to achieve a credible and professional presence in all written and electronic communication. 
•    Prioritizes work to ensure that Manager is provided all relevant business information with accuracy and timeliness to be able to positively impact the business.
•    Ensure that safety, compliance and environmental requirements are followed within the department.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

Preferred Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Professional Experience (Required): Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience. Individual must enjoy project and secretarial work, have the ability to multitask, and provide support to organization-wide initiatives as needed. 

Additional Experience (Optional): 
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
•    Ability to professionally interact with personnel and external customers. 
•    Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. 
•    Able to prioritize work. 
•    Strong organization skills

Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills in word processing and spreadsheets. 

  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and porper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE") including but not limited to respirators.
