Job Purpose
The Human Resources team’s purpose is to enable the execution of our business strategy.
The HR Admin works in close connection with the HR team members to support the teammates
at the Prescott manufacturing facility. This will include delivering teammate engagement
activities, support our hiring processes and facilitate administrative duties and training
programs. The HR Admin is independently motivated and holds themselves accountable to
meeting high expectations with aggressive timelines. They see an opportunity for improvement
and go. This person has a passion for people, builds strong relationships, and engages with
teammates at all levels of the organization, offering support to ensure we have a safe and
engaged teammate population. We are looking for an HR professional with the ability to drive
collaboration and build and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of internal
customers.
This position is on-site and supports the Prescott Manufacturing Facility. Support may be
required outside of normal business hours.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Develop strong employee relationships to support a high performing and dynamic culture
● Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of
discretion and professionalism.
● Partner with HR teammates and other business leaders to provide support on key HR
initiatives - payroll, benefits, CBA education
● Leverage existing processes to standardize the execution of transactional processes
● Support the execution of both strategic initiatives and tactical items, supporting proper
focus on teammate engagement and overall morale
● Support the execution of the HRIS (SuccessFactors)
● Improve the site’s participation in the Rewards & Recognition platform
● Support HR Manager and HR Generalist in day-to-day items within the plant hiring
process and onboarding along with FML and attendance tracking/policy adherence
● Support the verification of timekeeping data for timely payroll processing
● Assist teammates with logging in to various HRIS systems (benefits, viewing check
stubs, requesting time-off)
● Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
● Minimum 1-3 years experience within the HR function
● Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
● Familiar with Google Suite
● Familiar with SAP HR preferred
Working Conditions
● Primarily office environment within a manufacturing plant setting.
● Occasional exposure to manufacturing noise and temperatures may occur during facility
visits.
Travel Requirements
Less than 10%
Physical Requirements
● Ability to sit for extended periods.
● Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other office equipment.
● Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally.
● Occasional walking throughout the manufacturing facility may be required.
