FP&A Manager, Elevate

The FP&A Manager is a results-driven finance professional who plays a critical supporting role in advancing the financial planning and analysis function across the Elevate business.
This role will work closely with the Senior Manager of FP&A to deliver key financial processes including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and margin analysis. The ideal candidate will
contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at improving reporting capabilities and modernizing FP&A tools, while providing valuable insights that support margin improvement
and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
 Support Senior Manager, FP&A to execute monthly financial close activities and provide timely, accurate, and insightful reporting packages.
 Support the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
 Assist in transformation of FP&A reporting tools and processes, driving automation, standardization, and improved analytics capabilities.
 Conduct in-depth financial and variance analysis on P&L, margin performance, cash flow, and capital expenditures.
 Provide financial modeling and decision support for strategic initiatives and business cases, with a focus on margin improvement and cost optimization.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and procurement to ensure financial alignment and visibility.
 Contribute to continuous improvement projects and best practices in FP&A, aligned with global and regional finance initiatives.
 Support integration-related tasks in coordination with Amrize HQ finance and shared service center teams.
 Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations to finance and business leadership as needed.
 Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting based on business needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from an accredited university.
 7–10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance roles.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
 Solid understanding of financial statements and key business drivers (especially margin and cost levers).
 Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
 Experience with control frameworks and financial reporting under IFRS or US GAAP.
 Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with SAP, BPC, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, or similar ERP/planning tools.
 Background in a global or matrixed manufacturing organization.
 Exposure to transformation or process improvement projects within FP&A.
 Familiarity with KPI dashboards, margin analytics, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud).
