Amrize, LLC., is looking to hire a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) for Building Owners within the Corporate Accounts Team. This teammate will report to the Director of Corporate Accounts and will be
responsible for Amrize Building Envelope profitable growth with key products in the roofing channel.
The position will be based in anywhere in the lower 48, remote.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Develops and implements sales plans that include market analysis, account opportunities, short- and long-term goals, strategic initiatives and measurable outcomes.
This includes:
o Financial decisions as they impact both ABE and the customer’s business
o Sales and Marketing Programs
o Coordination with Regions, Sales Analysts, and the Activist Building Owner Team.
Creates and sustains key influential relationships with customer decision maker’s.
Individual will be calling on existing and new building owner customers focusing on sectors within the roofing channel: i.e. Multi-Family, Hospitality, Healthcare, and REIT’s
Works cross-functionally with product management to manage third-party vendors aligning resources and market demand that will generate strategic revenue growth
Engage with Regional Business Managers and Independent Sales Reps creating value by offering roofing solutions to end users within the channel that leverage the building envelope strategy
Understands completely the strategic product channels and the critical measures that deliver revenue.
This includes:
o Collaborates with the customer to acquire strategic information critical to their business
o Works with all levels of the customer’s organization to understand the issues and assess opportunities
o Creates holistic action plan for ABE to align against these strategies
Ensures action and responsiveness to the customer by taking responsibility for the exposure the customer has with ABE.
This includes:
o Mobilizes and leads the organization to respond to customer needs
o Facilitates the organization’s involvement with the customer
o Includes other departments where their expertise can benefit the customer Monitors and consistently communicates to appropriate ABE personnel: business trends, purchasing patterns, trade attitudes, competitive practices, and product performance characteristics.
Orchestrates the organization’s resources to maximize sales opportunities in the roofing solutions products and channels
