ABOUT THE ROLE

 

Schedule: 8:30am to 4:30pm

 

Provides administrative support for the facility.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Provide administrative support for the facility as needed.
  • Answers incoming calls and greets and directs all visitors and vendors to correct parties.
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously and follows through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Plans and coordinates company events and meetings, including ordering meals.
  • Orders swag, flowers and other gifts for teammate events.
  • Keeps receipts for purchases made on company credit card.
  • Oversees office supply ordering and inventory as well as maintenance for office equipment.
  • Manages company issued uniform program.
  • Assists with New Hire onboarding program.
  • Processes mail while maintaining confidentiality of office documents.
  • Interacts with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high-level ofprofessionalism and confidentiality.
     
    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum 2-4 years administrative experience required. Associates Degree preferred.
  • Excellent computer and key boarding skills; Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word.
  • Excel and Google Suite required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - oral, written, and listening.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Able to work independently and be a team player.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidential information.
  • High degree of integrity and common sense.
  • Self-driven and must possess a sense of urgency.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong character and personality, ethics, integrity and good judgment.
  • Flexibility (including hours) and willingness to work in situations in flux.
  • Extremely motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a positive energy, sense of humor and a can-do attitude.
