ABOUT THE ROLE 
The National Account Representative leads the company’s efforts to create, maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers within a specified territory. Assigned a group of accounts the National Account Representative is responsible for growing sales and achieving strategic objectives.
The Southwest National Account Representative will manage accounts based in the following states: TX, OK.

 

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
1.    Strategic Growth: Meet and exceed assigned sales volume targets and strategic objectives within your territory.
2.     Market Expansion: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to increase the Duro-Last footprint.
3.    Account Retention & Satisfaction: Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with key personnel, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings that align with company standards.
4.    Optimized Solutions: Lead the development of customized roofing solutions that address the specific technical and business needs of your accounts.
5.    Operational Excellence: Execute comprehensive strategic account plans and complete all professional development milestones within required timeframes.


RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

1.    Manage Accounts: Conduct monthly service contacts with accounts.
2.    Drive Sales: Promote and sell the Duro-Last roofing system while identifying new business opportunities in your territory.
3.    Coordinate Projects: Manage design specifications and lead the bid process between contractors, architects, and customers.
4.    Build Relationships: Maintain high-level engagement with key personnel to ensure long-term account satisfaction.
5.    Travel & Execute: Travel within the region to meet strategic objectives and project requirements.
6.    Continuous Growth: Complete all required training and maintain strategic account plans that meet company standards.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Field of Study Preferred: Business 
Required Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of successful business to business sales experience

(Manager: # of years’ experience required (can be a range or a minimum) performing specific related responsibilities)
Required Training/Certifications: 
Required Computer and Software Skills: Basic MS Office, Google Suite
Travel Requirements: (Manager: include the % of time spent away from the job’s regular worksite and % of overnight travel.) Minimum of 25% overnight travel, up to 50% travel at times.

Additional Requirements: (Manager: include any specialized technical knowledge, leadership experience, soft skills, and job specific skills). The safety related bullet below will be included in all job descriptions.
