ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide Sales with necessary intelligence to support strategic decision making. Utilizing multiple sources of information and systems on one platform - Qlikview, building, maintaining and enhancing Qlikview dashboards. Qlikview user training and support and Customer Excellence initiatives support.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Analyze and review large sets of data while revealing and interpreting correlations and trends, strong strategic view and the ability to work with the "big picture".
- Aggregate and present large sets of data to drive effective decision making.
- Interact effectively and works in a cooperative manner with a range of individuals at all levels and within all functions.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks when necessary, articulate project status to supervisor, other team members and customers.
- Understand all the data that the business holds and create sustainable reporting solutions ensuring the accuracy of the data.
- Take responsibility for report design and production; scope and prioritize work stream.
- Participate in the analysis of trends and common issues to prevent future problems.
- Liaise with IT service center to facilitate solutions where applicable and assist in data understanding i.e. schemas and data definitions.
- Work with relevant teams within the business, such as Sales and Finance, to scope and define reporting and dashboard requirements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Communicate problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, IT development teams, and business end-users.
- Other responsibilities as assignedTest fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree or years of equivalent experience
Additional Education Preferred: Master's degree.
Field of Study Preferred: Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics
Required Work Experience: 3 years
Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office
Travel Requirements: 0.2
Additional Requirements:
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
