ABOUT THE ROLE
This role manages upcoming field and shop services with a team, putting together service kits from our shop inventory and ordering filters we do not stock. Updating the service board, filter sheet and creating requisitions for upcoming orders / services. The position works closely with the warehouse manager and covers in her / his absence.  Is part of our quarterly inventory counts with the team, and completes inventory spot checks as required. There will also be data entry requirements Coordination of CVIPs and paperwork for repairs / CVIP’s and assisting with purchasing when required.


WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Preparing Filter Kits for upcoming services, updating filter list and create requisitions for kit creations
  • Picking filters in warehouse, covering for warehouse manage, ordering filters we do not inventory
  • Receiving Invoices, GR/IR, Inventory management
  • Emailing various information to market businesses, data entry, Coordinating CVIP with Shop mechanics
  • Assisting purchasing
  • Picking up and dropping off fleet vehicles
  • Ensure that all field equipment is operating properly; identify and inform of any field problems
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Grade 12 and knowledge of equipment is an asset. 
Required Work Experience: Previous work experience in equipment maintenance is valuable
Required Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP is an asset
 
Additional Requirements:

  • Efficiencies with computers is required
  • Previously working with SAP is an asset.
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
