Description: 

ABOUT THE ROLE

Oversees the daily construction activities of multiple patch-crews, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project. Works with contractors to complete multiple projects within the given budget and time-frame. Reports to Operations Manager


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
  • Manages Patch-crew to optimize efficiency of preparing job prior to the paving of asphalt. Ensures
    installation meets specifications including proper depth, yield control, and density.
  • Responsible for scheduling construction field operations
  • Responsible for the coordination between the owner representative on projects and the company.
  • Monitor measure and report on operational key performance indicators including daily production,
    downtime, overtime, production rate and other operating metrics.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and
    environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these 


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required Education: High School diploma/GED
Required Work Experience: 5 years of related experience
Travel Requirements: Local
Travel to Job Sites
Valid Driver’s License, Bilingual (Spanish)

 

 Additional Requirements:

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable
law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal
meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test
