ABOUT THE ROLE 

Elevate is seeking a strategic, data-driven Channel Strategy & Program Manager to accelerate growth across priority channels and customer segments within our commercial roofing portfolio.

This role will lead the development and execution of high-impact channel programs, contractor engagement initiatives, and segment-driven strategies that strengthen Elevate’s market position and drive measurable business performance.

You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Warranty, Digital, and Marketing Communications to deliver programs that build brand preference, increase pull-through demand, and expand market share. This is a highly visible role for a marketer who thrives on strategy, ownership, and results.

 

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH 

Channel & Program Strategy

  • Develop, execute, and optimize profitable channel programs that drive sales growth and increase contractor and building owner engagement.
  • Lead annual incentive program strategy in partnership with Pricing and Sales.
  • Forecast program impact in collaboration with Finance and Supply/Demand Planning.
  • Identify gaps and implement countermeasures to improve channel performance.
  • Manage Elevate’s branded merchandise and promotional fulfillment programs, including vendor partnerships, product selection, inventory.
  • Lead and manage regional trade show strategy and execution across key markets, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, channel priorities, and growth objectives.

Brand & Segment Growth

  • Partner with Marketing Communications and Digital to strengthen brand health (awareness, familiarity, consideration, and purchase intent).
  • Build focused value propositions for priority segments (contractors, specifiers, owners, distributors).
  • Support product and solutions launches with integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Contribute to Elevate’s overall growth agenda and long-range planning.

 

 

Contractor & Customer Programs

  • Lead strategic programs including Elevate Master Contractor and other loyalty and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop tools and sales enablement resources that empower field teams.
  • Engage directly with Sales Reps, contractors, and building owners to inform program development (≈30% travel).

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage data sources (Tableau, market share reports, CRM insights, industry research) to guide strategy.
  • Translate insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust programs to maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Digital, and Communications to align messaging and execution.
  • Partner with external research agencies and industry organizations to capture emerging trends.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives including new program development channel engagement.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, channel marketing, or related commercial roles.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on performance-driven marketing.
  • Proven ability to build and execute business cases.
  • Experience collaborating closely with teams and vendor management
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to tell a compelling story with data.
  • Strategic thinker who can move seamlessly between big-picture planning and tactical execution.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Project leadership experience managing complex initiatives.

 

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree (Marketing preferred).
  • Experience in building products or commercial construction.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and channel-driven sales models.
