Description: 

The Engagement Manager will spearhead strategies that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement across the organization. This role focuses on establishing programs that promote collaboration, recognition, and professional development, ensuring that employees feel valued and connected to the company’s mission and goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Leadership Development, Engagement and Inclusion team and local business leaders to ensure alignment of engagement strategies with business objectives.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Execute employee engagement survey and assessments, analyzing results to identify key areas for improvement.
Buildout toolkit to support leaders/ departments in developing action plans to respond to feedback.

Monitor engagement metrics and report on progress.
Manage teammate culture communications to drive awareness and engagement across all populations
Collaborate with HR to integrate leadership development and succession planning with talent management processes.
Collaborate with the HRBP network to develop and implement programs to enhance employee morale, inclusion, belonging and overall job satisfaction within the workplace.
Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and career development workshops that align with employee interests and organizational goals.
Deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars focused on leadership skills and employee engagement.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops on effective communication, feedback mechanisms, and conflict resolution.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing successful engagement programs.
7+ years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, training or HR-related roles.
Strong understanding of employee engagement methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and organizational behavior
Skills:
Certification in HR or Organizational Development (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
Experience with employee engagement software and platforms
Familiarity with change management principles
Certification in coaching or organizational development
Experience with learning management systems and digital learning solutions

Familiarity with current trends and technologies in leadership training
