We’re seeking a PVC Specialist - East who’s ready to be part of a people-first company offering best-in-class products, exceptional training, and deep industry pride—all built to help our partners and team succeed.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

This teammate will report to the Regional Business Manager of a Region and will be responsible for facilitating profitable growth of PVC business through Spec/Product/Project development and Training to the Consultant/Architect community.  Also, to support and grow business with Regional Building Owners.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

Strategic Growth & Specification Development

  • Drive PVC product specifications and project growth by proactively engaging the architectural and consultant community.
  • Lead product demonstrations and educational presentations for consultants and architects.
  • Optimize project specifications to ensure effective product selection and technical compliance.
  • Execute strategic growth goals segmented by target customer and market. 

 

Account Management & Business Development

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional building owners, delivering tailored solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with local sales representatives to identify, cultivate, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Monitor account health and provide actionable insights to the Regional Business Manager to refine growth strategies. 

 

Collaboration & Technical Support 

  • Facilitate clear communication between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Engage in field travel with sales representatives to analyze market dynamics and provide hands-on support.
  • Coordinate with the Technical team to resolve pre- and post-installation challenges.
  • Manage product substitution requests and submittals for installers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Advise Sales, Marketing, and Quality departments by providing critical market intelligence and field feedback. 

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, or sales, with a demonstrated background in the commercial roofing industry.
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite, specifically Excel (including pivot tables and vLookups) and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subsidiaries, agents, and the internal sales force.
  • Proven ability to multitask and adjust priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct experience with PVC roofing products.
  • Relevant Professional Certifications (RRO, RRC, CDT, AIA, etc.) 

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
  • Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
