Were seeking a Facilities Supervisor (First Shift) who's ready to be part of an innovative, people-first brand shaping the future of the roofing industry.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Facilities Supervisor acts as the vital bridge between the Maintenance Manager and Facilities Technicians, overseeing the day-to-day operations, repairs, and preventative maintenance of buildings, facilities, and machinery. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
Responsible for ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently, reducing downtime, and maintaining a high standard of appearance and functionality for the property.

  • This is not a desk job; it involves inspecting sites and potentially leading hands-on repairs
  • May require being on-call to respond to emergency situations outside of regular business hours
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills for coaching teams and communicating with managers, team members, and vendors

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive maintenance experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical)
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for coaching teams and communicating with managers, tenants, and vendors
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose complex issues and make quick, independent decisions during emergencies
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance software (CMMS), such as MaintainX
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, CMRP) highly preferred
