Join Amrize as a HR Master Data Specialist and help construct what's next. If you're ready to put your skills to work on projects that matter — and build a career with a company that’s building North America — we want to hear from you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
The HR Master Data Specialist is responsible for the daily execution, continuous maintenance, and ongoing integrity of Amrize’s HR master data within core HR systems (i.e., SuccessFactors and SAP). Reporting to the HR Master Data Manager, this role ensures frontline data entry adheres strictly to established governance standards while tactically evaluating and validating HR-initiated changes in core HR systems. The Specialist will review, analyze, complete, and release transactional and organizational data modifications to fulfill business requirements, facilitate mass data changes, evaluate for need and initiate modifications for system configuration, conduct user acceptance testing for system modifications, perform routine data quality audits, support regulatory compliance requirements, and serve as the primary frontline support for HR data inquiries across the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Act as the Ultimate Gatekeeper: Take ownership of data accuracy the moment a change request is submitted, analyzing the big picture and the true intent behind the requested change and completing the change in HR Data systems as needed.
- Train and Maintain: Instruct ongoing training of field HR to ensure proper alignment of transactions for best practices and consistency across North America. Create and maintain work instructions for internal procedures and system changes. Manage change communication initiatives, ensuring all impacted departments are proactively informed of system changes within scope.
- Keep Our Data Spotless & Trustworthy: Run routine audits across SuccessFactors and SAP to catch inconsistencies before they cause problems, investigate causal factors and resolve identified discrepancies, and ensuring all data flowing downstream to Payroll and Finance is accurate.
- Enable Smooth Company Changes: Handle daily org structure updates and execute mass data uploads during reorganizations, typical business cycle updates, or major mergers and acquisitions so the business never skips a beat.
- Keep Us Safe and Compliant: Maintain an audit-ready environment for internal and external audits, extract the critical data required for North American compliance reporting, and partner closely with the HRIS team to test system upgrades.
- Be the Go-To Data Partner: Serve as the frontline face for all data and system inquiries, coaching and training HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to troubleshoot roadblocks while updating our data playbook (SOPs and definitions) and training users on best practices.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exemplify these behaviors.
