We’re seeking a Material Handler who’s ready to be part of a people-first company offering best-in-class products, exceptional training, and deep industry pride—all built to help our partners and team succeed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successfull caniddate will load trucks and containers in accordance with shipping instructions and maintain the warehouse in an orderly and organized fashion.
This is a first shift position (Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

Complete your assigned task following all Standard Work Instructions and Company Policies

Alert supervision to product quality or machine operation concerns
-
Maintain the 5S standard of the assigned area
-
Operate forklift in a safe manner.

Stage/stock materials and accessories in established
locations. -
Prepare finished goods for transport and load orders for safe and secure shipping.

Verify incoming and outgoing loads for accuracy.

Move product from the warehouse and load onto specified equipment (trucks/container)

Complete required shipping paperwork
-
Enter shipping data into SAP
-
Unload, receive and warehouse deliveries of production materials (packaging and facer)

Other duties as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education:
- High School diploma, GED, or Equivalent Work Experience
Required Work Experience:
- Manufacturing experience preferred (demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience with computer-
controlled equipment)
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to follow standard work instructions, use measurement tools, blueprints, manuals as
needed - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs including use of lifting assistance devices
- Must be able to stand for extended period of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, twist, squat, kneel as required
- Must be able to operate mobile equipment as required
- This position has the potential to manage and/or handle hazardous materials and
hazardous waste. - Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
