ABOUT THE ROLE
Neptune Coring is currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an in-yard Loader Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a loader to load and unload trucks and pipe racks as required.
 

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH 

• Fully trained in the operations and capability of a front-end wheel loader with forks.
• Assist with a variety of job operations
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on their loader including washing and cleaning the operator’s cab inside and out, greasing, refueling, and maintaining all fluid levels
• Responsible for updating and maintaining all equipment service records for any piece of equipment operated, keeping accurate and thorough records of the maintenance performed, the hours on the unit, date, time, etc.; complete proof of regular service may be required
• Responsible for completing daily equipment checklist  
• Monitoring and ensuring accurate weights
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent 
Required Training/Certifications: Preference will be given to those with CSTS 2020 and other safety certifications.
Required Work Experience: Loader experience is an asset

Additional Requirements:

• Identify and report workplace hazards and make positive suggestions for their elimination or control
• Create an atmosphere of teamwork
• May require considerable physical activity, must be capable of heavy lifting, bending and twisting atmosphere of teamwork
• Generally, perform duties in the safest manner prescribed
• This position may require weekend work. The position often requires overtime and working in all types of climates and occasional field work when required.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
