We’re seeking a Maintenance Reliability Foreman who's ready to be part of our mission to manufacture and deliver innovative, performance-driven building products with unmatched service and integrity. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Maintenance & Reliability Foreman coordinates, directs, plans, and controls the activities of maintenance department workers, ensuring that tasks and jobs are completed in accordance with company standards.

 

 

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

 

  • Workforce Mgt: Lead and oversee oilers and Preventive/Predictive crews.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on support for lubrication and preventative & predictive maintenance. 
  • Practical knowledge of predictive methods - vibration, ultrasonic, lube analysis, etc.
  • Workforce Mgt: Assign daily work orders and tasks based on priority, and support in scheduling/ planning.
  • Workforce Mgt: Monitor team performance and communicate any deviations.
  • Work Execution: Audit completed jobs to ensure they are accurate and all documentation is complete.
  • Safety: Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations for the maintenance department.
  • Planning & Execution: Review and approve job plans, spare parts, and resource requirements.
  • Equipment Reliability: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and develop permanent solutions.
  • Equipment Reliability: Recommend improvements to extend equipment life and reduce breakdown.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on support for pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, compressors, and process equipment.
  • Safety: Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, permit checks, and compliance w/ electrical safety plan.
  • Inventory & Resource Mgt: Ensure team complies with inventory and tool check-out processes.
  • Training & Development: Train technicians on new equipment, procedures, and best practices.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education: high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Field of Study Preferred: N/A

Required Work Experience: Four years of industrial maintenance experience

Travel Requirements: N/A

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators. Employees who are required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
