Were seeking a Customer Service Representative- Estimating and Technical Services who's ready to be part of an innovative, people-first brand shaping the future of the roofing industry.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

Duro-Last Roofing is the world’s largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems. We are looking for a Customer Service Rep-Estimating and Technical Services, who is eager to learn and grow within our company at our Corporate Headquarters in Saginaw, MI. This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent benefits and growth potential.

 

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Estimate pricing and roof layouts for roofing details.
  • Answer technical questions regarding specs and installation.
  • Complete assigned projects, quoting, wind calculations, design, etc.
  • Create and enter quotes and orders into system.
  • Data entry of projects onto task board.
  • Provide customer service and follow-up support to contractor network.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner in all interactions with customers, personnel and
    the public.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 2-year associates degree or relevant experience.
  • Estimating experience a plus.
  • Solid-Works AutoCAD Software experience a plus.
  • Must be able to interpret specifications.
  • Must be able to handle back to back phone calls.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines.
