Were seeking a QA Regional Manager who's ready to be part of an innovative, people-first brand shaping the future of the roofing industry.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE


The Quality Assurance Regional Manager is a customer-facing position responsible for technical and warranty related decisions in an assigned region, review performance warranty requests, inspection of installed roof systems for warranty, warranty claims, and warranty leaks service. The Tech Rep supervisors in the defined region report to the regional manager. They work with the Sales Regional Managers and the Sales Reps in their region to promote, sell, and support our products while controlling our long-term warranty liability.

 

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Be a Leader within the territory to coach and mentor teammates, and challenge personnel to grow to meet company objectives.
  • Be the decision maker for technical and warranty issues in the region and provide written correspondence as needed.
  • Manage performance of regionally dedicated teammates to ensure KPI objectives are met.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and to conduct root cause analysis to understand the reason an issue occurred and how to prevent it from recurring.
  • Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings and specifications and be knowledgeable of the commercial roofing trade and technical field opperations.
  • Educate teammates on, and enforce, corporate policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmentalpolicies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Base Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or similar field with a minimum of 3 years experience working on the technical or installation side of commercial roofing
  • 10 years active duty in a construction trade military occupied specialty (MOS) (verified by DD214)
  • High school diploma and a minimum of 10 years of practical commercial roofing experience, with experience directly managing roofing or technical crews

 

Required Computer and Software Skills: Must posses basic computer office skills

Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel overnight up to 25% of the time by air or car


Additional Requirements:

  • Experience as a project manager, Supervisor, or leader of complex teams preferred.
  • Skills in negotiation, conflict resolution & time management preferred.
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
