Relationship & Relationship Management

  • Consultative Selling: Represent Enverge to diverse stakeholders, including building owners, architects, engineers, distributors, and contractors.
  • Customer Advocacy: Anticipate customer needs, provide world-class service, and build long-term, trusting partnerships.
  • Industry Presence: Represent the brand at local and regional trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

Technical Expertise & Training

  • Subject Matter Expert: Maintain deep knowledge of Enverge products, building codes, and competitive market solutions.
  • Hands-On Training: Conduct professional, on-site product training events and deliver high-impact technical presentations.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

Travel Requirements: Must be highly motivated and willing to travel up to 75% of the time to support customers and on-site events.

  • A demonstrable history of scaling a sales territory and driving measurable business growth.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to easily present complex technical data to both job-site contractors and executive boardrooms.
