ABOUT THE ROLE
Duro-Last Roofing, the world’s largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, has an opening for a Sales Development Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be based inthe DFW Area and have excellent interpersonal & communication skills. They will also have a Bachelor’s degree along with experience in sales development.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Frequent contact and support via phone with Duro-Last customers and associates, assisting with order management
- Become well-versed in presenting all Duro-Last product line offerings
- Provide all levels of sales support to in-field Sales Representatives to keep them focused on selling
- Assist with Plant tours and Duro-Last sales training to Duro-Last contractors
- Pre-qualify leads for the territory and disperse them to the appropriate Sales Rep.
- Travel within territory to build loyalty with Duro-Last customers and create new business opportunities with building owners, specifiers, corporate accounts, architects, etc.
- Plan, exhibit, and execute successful industry trade shows
- Participation in territory sales plans, meetings and evaluations
- Other duties as assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Drive territory growth by looking through orders determining missing product line items, maximizing our $/sqft
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating plant tours for contractors, building owners and other groups to grow awareness of our different product offerings
- Attend and contribute during sales meetings, offering insight of improvements that can be made
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Field of Study Preferred: Management/Sales/Marketing or similar
Required Work Experience: 1-3 years sales experience
Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office/Google products
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to attend Industry Events and Customer visits (10% - 20%)
