ABOUT THE ROLE
The incumbent is responsible for managing the supply chain for the Ductal® Operations across North America under the dual supervision of the Head of Ductal® in North America and the Global Ductal® Supply Chain Manager. This position oversees the business unit’s materials, information and finances as they move in process from supplier to manufacturing to the customer. The incumbent is required to plan, implement and control the operations of raw materials inventory, finished goods inventory, distribution, product forecast and
manufacturing as efficiently as possible. Therefore, supplying the right product at the right time in the most cost efficient manner.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- The candidate will work Remote
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, blenders, customers, freight suppliers, customs brokers, storage facilities and vendors.
- Identify and implement the most cost effective shipping arrangements for raw materials to both the blenders and the finished goods to customers.
- Ensure efficient logistics of goods from supplier to 3rd party blending (Manufacturing) to customers.
- Planning and implementing manufacturing schedule and product production at blenders.
- Liaise with Bridge Construction Manager, Architectural Project Managers customers by maintaining relationships, understanding product volume requirements and product delivery
- Collaborate and maintain close contact with inventory locations, trucking brokers and the customs department.
- Responsible for keeping and tracking all records for shipping and handling.
- Arrange shipment of QA/QC samples to all testing facilities.
- Track and review results of QA/QC for all blends.
- Establish and maintain monthly sales forecast for all project managers.
- Assisting in further developing the standard operating procedures of the business unit.
- Tracking all costs of materials for Research and Development.
- Quarterly Royalty Reports to France with payments.
- Management and implementation of all EOne functions for the Ductal® BU.
- Responsible for the optimization of all blending amounts at each blender.
- Assist with new raw material sourcing for new mix formulations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience
Field of Study Preferred: Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations / Engineering or Business required
Required Work Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant work experience required Materials experience in cement or concrete is a plus. Customer Service experience is a plus
Required Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, especially MS Excel or database programs

- Energetic, self motivated, and a desire to be challenged with multiple tasks Knowledge of EOne Knowledge of: Q2C, GLR, QIMS, IReporter; Radar Adaptable and interested in learning about a new technology within concrete materials
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved
- Personal Protection Equipment , including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
