ABOUT THE ROLE
The Foreman RMX will be responsible for directing daily shift operations, managing the frontline crew to ensure hourly production and quality targets are hit safely.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
• Required to travel with the plant crew to all deployment sites.
• Proficient in managing the production flow of both wet and dry systems, adjusting operations for wet mix batch timings or dry mix truck charging.
• Conducts daily safety tailgates and enforces PPE.
• Leads the shift crew in daily wear-and-tear inspections, routine greasing, and immediate mechanical troubleshooting.
• Monitors product consistency in real-time.
• Watches for visual changes in slump/workability and halts production immediately if batch tolerances drift outside acceptable ranges.
• Manages shift labor productivity to prevent unnecessary overtime.
• Minimizes raw material waste by preventing conveyor spills and component damage. • Coordinates directly with the client’s field foremen or paving train operators during the shift, adjusting batching speeds in real-time to match their exact rate of placement.
• Responsible for filling out accurate daily shift production summaries, recording equipment downtime events, conducting daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and filing incident reports.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Education: High School diploma/GED. Please note that equivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Required Work Experience: 1 year general laborer experience
Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Qlikview
Travel Requirements: 10% -20%
