ABOUT THE ROLE
The Office Administrator participates in the development, leadership and management of the operational functions and performance for the London and Stratford Agg sites. The Office Administrator works closely with the operation team to ensure the highest levels of environmental and safety compliance, leveraging production excellence to create superior products & services.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Perform Accounts Payable related duties as required
- Create purchase requisitions, PO follow-up and process invoices/bills of lading
- Responsible for the weekly payroll closing process for each of the sites
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including training records with site management
- Responsible for organizing fitness assessments for new employees with site management (form to be completed, distribution of PPE, uniform fitting, etc)
- Assist vendors with Avetta information, setup and updates or other safety processes that are in place with contractors
- Submit requests in the HR platform for changes, hiring, layoff and termination, for hourly/salary employees
- Other responsibilities as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Education: Secondary school diploma
- Required Work Experience: 3 years office admin experience
- Required Technical Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and ability to learn other platforms with ease
- Travel Requirements: None

- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
