ABOUT THE ROLE

Amrize Canada is Building Ambition across North America, and our Talent Acquisition team is central to that growth. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our high-performing team and provide essential administrative and operational support.

 

This role ensures seamless coordination throughout the hiring lifecycle, maintains recruitment system data integrity, and acts as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders to drive an efficient hiring process.

 

This is a 1-year contract position.

 

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Recruitment Operational Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day administration across a diverse portfolio of roles (Industrial Operations and Corporate). Coordinate job postings, schedule interviews, and help monitor time-to-fill metrics
  • System & Technology Administration: Maintain high data integrity within SuccessFactors by updating candidate statuses, generating reports, and auditing requisitions. Support the team in utilizing and testing AI-driven sourcing and administrative tools.
  • Candidate Coordination & Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming, and highly responsive candidate experience that reflects the Amrize brand. Manage interview logistics, handle candidate inquiries, and coordinate onboarding paperwork.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to streamline scheduling, provide logistical updates, and ensure a smooth, collaborative hiring process.
  • Health & Safety Commitment: Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 1–2+ years of experience in an administrative, human resources, or recruitment support role
  • Proficiency with Enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of coordination tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with both the hourly workforce and corporate leadership.
  • Experience providing recruitment support within an agency or executive search environment

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and French communication skills are an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high volume and variety simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both hourly workforce and senior corporate leadership.
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
