We’re seeking a Regional Manager who’s ready to be part of a people-first company offering best-in-class products, exceptional training, and deep industry pride—all built to help our partners and team succeed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Regional Manager, you are the bridge between our high-standards warranty commitments and the boots-on- the-ground execution. You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Technical Representatives, Warranty
Claims Investigators, Technical Coordinators and Warranty Service Coordinators to ensure every inspection, repair, and site visit aligns with Amrize’s reputation for excellence. This isn't just a desk job, it’s a leadership role that requires deep technical knowledge of building envelope systems (roofing, waterproofing, and cladding) and the ability to navigate complex site dynamics while managing a remote and in office team with diverse skillsets.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Team Leadership: Directly manage a regional team of Field Technical Representatives, Warranty Claims Investigators, Technical Coordinators and Warranty Service Coordinators. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, performance reviews, and technical training.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit field reports, claims investigations, warranty leak calls and inspection data to ensure accuracy and consistency across the region.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for complex warranty claims or disputes involving contractors, owners, and architects.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze regional claim trends and field data to identify systemic issues, providing feedback to the R&D and Manufacturing teams.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all field activities strictly adhere to OSHA standards and Amrize internal safety protocols.
  • Technical Support: Provide high-level technical guidance on complex building envelope details and unconventional site conditions.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
  • Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years in building envelope construction, forensic consulting, or technical warranty services.
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or management role, preferably with remote or field- based teams.
  • Deep understanding of thermal dynamics, moisture migration, and various system assemblies (e.g., EIFS, Metal Panels, Liquid Applied Membranes).
  • Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, actionable advice for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40%) to project sites for high-level inspections or team coaching.

Additional Requirements

  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
  • Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary
  • Retirement Savings: Choose from 401(k) pre-tax and/or Roth after-tax savings
  • Medical, Dental, Disability and Life Insurance
  • Holistic Health & Well-being programs
  • Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for health and dependent care
  • Vision and other Voluntary benefits and discounts
  • Paid time off & paid holidays
  • Paid Parental Leave (maternity & paternity)
  • Educational Assistance Program
