ABOUT THE ROLE

 


We're seeking a dedicated Custodial Professional who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming
environments. This isn't just about maintaining spaces—it's about ensuring our facilities support the health, safety,
and productivity of everyone who walks through our doors. If you believe that excellence shows up in the details

Shift/Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm


WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

 

  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas including restrooms, offices, common spaces,
    and high-touch surfaces
  • Execute floor care protocols: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing, and periodic deep cleaning
  • Manage waste removal, recycling programs, and proper disposal procedures
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and soap dispensers
  • Identify and report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions
  • Follow all health, safety, and chemical handling protocols with precision
  • Maintain organized storage areas and equipment in good working condition

Qualifications

 


Required:

 

  • 1+ years of professional custodial or facility maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, dilution ratios, proper storage, and safety procedures
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions

 

 

Preferred:

 

  • OSHA safety training or bloodborne pathogen certification
