Plant Support Specialist
 

ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek an experienced Product Support Specialist to oversee the support team for a global readymix concrete platform – ConcreteDirect – consisting of web and mobile apps (Android & iOS).

 

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Oversees the Level 1/2 support team to ensure top customer experience and adherence to service-level-agreements.
  • Manages the communication among Level 3 support team and the end users efficiently
  • Customer-first approach with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to detail when addressing customer issues.
  • Has overall responsibility for evolving the existing support model to improve the experience, including evaluating new vendors.
  • Generates weekly performance reports and actively works with the product development team to prioritize specific product development tasks.
  • Works with the Product Team to plan and complete UAT and surface testing.
  • Defines training requirements for users and leads the documentation enhancement to support product knowledge improvement (e.g. FAQ repository).
  • Assists the Product Team by acting as subject matter expert of the platform’s capabilities
  • Strong communicator with a problem-solving nature who takes pride in executing ambitious targets.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required Work Experience: 3years 

Required Technical Skills:Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Suite, Optional: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Firebase, Google Analytics, Qlikview/Qliksense/BI Tools, Amazon Web Services, Instabug.

Travel Requirements: 10% USA/Canada/Europe/other international as required.

 

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Local and global IT organizations.
  • Local/country-level operational stakeholders.
  • Exposure to the product’s performance and impact in the field: manufacturing plants, delivery vehicles, and construction sites.
  • A member of the Global Digital Team (Maqer) with regular interactions with team members in North America and Europe.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
