We’re seeking a Production Tech Foam who’s ready to be part of a people-first company that empowers its partners through business support, training, and flexible, high-performing solutions built for long-term success.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

The Production Foam position is responsible for performing duties to manufacture product. This includes working from batch tickets, established procedures and regulations, operating several mixers, weighing and measuring equipment. Starting Hourly Wage: $24.88. Schedule: Monday - Thursday from 6 AM TO 4:30 PM

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Must be able to manufacture products in Spray Polyurethane Foam
  • Weighs and stages ingredients with great accuracy 
  • Proper utilization of wash, left over bulk or non-conforming material
  • Proper maintenance and cleaning of all equipment, pumps, tank scraping as required
  • Package products after approval from quality control
  • Proper handling of Hazardous Material
  • Accurate completion of paperwork (batch tickets).
  • Maintains production flow and process documentation
  • Identifies and takes action for variations in raw materials, foreign debris, texture and color
  • Understands all SOPs (standard operating procedures)
  • Works closely with QC and determines if batch needs adjusting to reach production specs
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • High School Diploma
  • One to two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior coatings manufacturing a plus, experience in food or like environment blending or mixing highly desirable
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Must be able to pass respirator fit test and medical evaluation
