OBJECTIF

La tâche principale de ce poste est d’offrir un soutien général aux opérations ainsi que d’accomplir diverses tâches notamment pour assister les opérations de l’usine ainsi que d’accomplir divers travaux assurant la propreté et l’entretien de l’usine. Ce poste versatile vise à promouvoir l'accessibilité à un emploi stable et motivant pour tout(e) candidat(e) débrouillard(e), motivé(e) et aimant les défis.

 

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

  • Assurer l'alimentation constante des fours.
  • Offrir un soutien général aux opérations quotidiennes de l'usine.
  • Assister les opérations de l’usine dans diverses tâches connexes.
  • Accomplir divers travaux assurant la propreté et l’entretien de l’usine.
  • Prendre en charge diverses tâches reliées au maintien des lieux en fonction des connaissances, de la motivation et de l'implication.
  • Travailler efficacement avec une équipe dynamique.
  • Démontrer un engagement à communiquer, améliorer et respecter les politiques de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement dans tous les milieux et zones de travail. Promouvoir une culture de sécurité et manifester ces comportements.

 

PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES

  • Formation: Secondaire 5 (souhaité).
  • Expérience: Aucune expérience requise.
  • Compétences: Débrouillardise et capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Permis: Vous devez avoir un permis de conduire valide.

 

Exigences supplémentaires:

  • Être en bonne forme physique.
  • Aimer travailler à l'extérieur.
  • Les candidats retenus doivent adhérer à tous les protocoles de sécurité et à l'utilisation appropriée de l'équipement de protection individuelle approuvé par Amrize (“EPI”), y compris mais sans s'y limiter, les respirateurs. Les employés qui doivent porter des respirateurs doivent être rasés là où le joint du respirateur rencontre le visage afin de réussir les tests d'ajustement qualitatifs et quantitatifs.
